This place has a secret: they have the BEST noodle soup in all Pittsburgh... Yes the selection is tops but the deli in the back is making some of the most flavorful authentic Chinese noodles around. Picture is of the Beef Noodle Soup ( Spicy). Try the Dan Dan noodles too it's amazing especially on come days 😍😍

Excellent fresh-not-frozen seafood selection and a really incredible amount of unique offerings from a variety of Asian countries. Large packs of dry noodles and bulk rice of every variety make this place a great spot for bulk buying. They also offer lunch and smoothies/coffee/drinks and have a dining area. The food looks authentic and delicious.

Large selection of asian products, but my favorite part is the hot foods in back. They have bento, roasted meats, noodles, and (best of all) build your own Stir Fry or Hot Pot (really just soup). It is pay by the pound at $11.99 per pound (ingredients). You can make some phenomenal soups. There are a few things missing from their selection that would really make it a truly great asian soup experience for me: - udon noodles - spam slices - raw egg (to be added late in the soup) - little shrimp (the type that come in a bag or can that you scoop out and are more flavor than substance)

This market place is very easy to get to. You can pull in right off of Liberty ave. There is ample free parking right near the entrance. You could be here for a few hours, there is so much to see and buy. It was very busy and bustling. Many people were out stocking shelves. There is a meat department, produce department and a bakery and hot foods with a section for seating. There was a section in the hot foods portion where it looked like there could be a buffet type set up but it wasn’t filled when we went. I would be curious about what the store would offer in that section. The staff was very nice and it’s actually a one stop shop as there are other items there you would not expect. The pricing is reasonable and my friend and I spent less here than at a traditional grocery store and we were purchasing specialty hard to find items. It was actually fun to shop here. The baked goods are delicious and shopping there was an all around interesting and pleasant experience.

Very clean and well-stocked. Employees are friendly. We ate at the Cafe and it was good. They only have tea bags for sale; no loose leaf teas, which was a slight disappointment. I like how they have empty boxes available for customers to use at checkout.
